Identity Verification Process (KYC)

• A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• No withdrawals can be made while a bonus is active.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — offer-specific terms apply.

• A bonus is intended only for the person to whom it was offered — it is not transferable.

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Promotion to a higher VIP tier is based on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform.

All games on winbw are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Please keep the following in mind while playing:

• The results of all games are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and verifiable.
• winbw's decision is final in the case of any game being voided or restarted due to a technical fault or system failure.
• winbw is generally not liable for losses on active bets caused by internet disconnection.
• If a technical fault is detected in a game result, winbw may refund the bet amount or cancel the game.

Sports Betting

Separate rules apply to the cricket, football and other sports betting sections. If a match is cancelled, postponed or moved to a reserve day, bets will be settled according to the specific betting rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on winbw and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — such as using risk-free betting strategies to meet bonus conditions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Hacking, cracking or unauthorised access to the platform's software.
• Using cheating software, bots or automated tools.
• Harassing, insulting or deceiving other users.
• Attempting to pass account verification by providing false information.
• Using third-party payment methods.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, winbw reserves the right to forfeit all balances and permanently close the account.

winbw may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms.
• If identity verification (KYC) is not completed or false information is provided.
• If suspicious financial activity or fraud is suspected.
• If the user themselves requests Self-Exclusion.
• If the account is inactive for an extended period (as per the specified duration).

Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be settled before the account is closed.
